I have known Pankaj even before he became vice-chairman and later chairman of the Dubai Chapter, as a dynamic and amiable character and a true professional. When he became Chairman, the expectations were really high since all former chairmen had successively performed better than their predecessors. It was definitely a challenge for one of the youngest, if not the youngest chairman?, the Chapter had ever had. The energy, passion, and enthusiasm shown by him is truly exemplary. His tireless determination to increase the membership size of the Chapter reaped rich dividends. Especially the Member recognition program enabled us to once again feel proud of being in such a distinguished league. Several of his other initiatives helped the Brand CA to achieve greater heights and respect. He was equally complimented with a very hardworking and dedicated team which enabled us all to clock record CPE hours in his annual tenure. The events covered a wide range of topics from health, spiritualism, sports, corporate social responsibility, current affairs, and the profession in general. What is even more remarkable that he could manage to convince 2 Indian sitting Cabinet ministers to address the Dubai CA fraternity. There would be a definite void when he leaves office at the end of his tenure.

Pankaj has done amazing work during the past 10 months as Chairman of the highest Accounting Institute of Chartered Accountants of UAE. Pankaj is a very friendly and easy to approach person. He is always smiling and ready to help in any matter, be it business related or on a personal front. I have seen him being actively involved at the Dubai chapter of the ICAI and he has greatly contributed to its growth here.
